• Step 3-  You can now see the ‘CUSTOMER INFO’ page.
•                From there click  ‘PRIYO ACCOUNT’.
• Step 4-   Put the number which you have used to purchase, 
•                And click the ‘Submit’ button.
• Step 5-   You will get a 6 digit OTP code, submit it here.

      Now you have created your Account successfully!

How to Pay from PriyoShop.com Account?

• Click the ‘BUY NOW’ of the product you want to purchase.

• You can see your ‘SHOPPING CART’ page now.

• After finishing your shopping Click on ‘CONFIRM ORDER’.

• Give your SHIPPING ADDRESS, then Click on ‘PAY FROM PRIYO ACCOUNT’.

How to Check Account Information from PriyoShop.com Account

• Log in to PriyoShop.com.

• Click on your email address.

• Now you can see your Account balance and all previous transactions.

Account Refund Facility:

If there is any refund issue only PriyoShop Accounts can ensure you instant refund!

• The minimum order value to avail the EMI payment option is BDT 5,000.
• Select EMI option at the time of payment.
• Final EMI is calculated on the total value of your order at the time of payment.
• The Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the outstanding balance.
• While you will not be charged a processing fee for availing PriyoShop's EMI option, the interest charged by the bank shall not be refunded by PriyoShop.
• You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.

• Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents.
• Product will be replaced if it has any defect by its manufacturer.
• Customer needs to inform us within 24 hours from the date of delivery*.
• Products must be with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
• Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by PriyoShop team.
• Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or broken by customer.
• Innerwear and product of clearance sale cannot be replaced.
